I’m also a huge fan of all types of music from Metalcore to Baroque music. My love for music began as a very small child. I would constantly be found grooving to Michael Jackson records in the kitchen and playing along with cardboard boxes led me to getting my first drum kit at the age of six. My passion ignited and I began playing small local competitions with bands in the years to come. After the breakup of my first band, I realised I wanted more than to be a drummer. Picking up bass, guitar and keys at around fourteen meant that I could begin to create my own art. This was pure therapy and the one thing I could never keep my hands off. I was heavily influenced by rock, pop, hip-hop, funk and electronica at the time, this is something that grew within me and my productions to disperse my taste into jazz, disco and classical music, aiding my journey as a producer.
Production for me has always been something so beautiful and at the core of a song, it’s the thing that gives a distinctive taste and allows the listener to engage with the music in a multi-dimensional way, outside the lyrics and chord structures.
Pursuing music in South Manchester and Cheshire gave me the chance to see that being a producer and performing musician was what I was made for. Whilst maintaining connections and a love for the North I moved to London in 2023. Currently, I’m working very closely with Maisy Grace as her producer, co-writer, and co-performer along with other upcoming artists such as the London hip-hop sensation, Luthernist and Italian artist/producer Ariel to name a few.
